Our work includes:

• Boots Advantage card kiosks – design, build, implementation and ongoing management that delivered a 10% increase in user sales and an increase in voucher redemption.

• Improve patient experience – patients have a right to be treated with compassion, dignity and respect. Analysing and understanding patient satisfaction from their experience is crucial to this. In4Health’s interactive touch screens and hand-held devices allow patients to respond to satisfaction surveys in the surgery or clinic. Our system does the number-crunching for you and real-time results enable staff to take immediate action to improve services.

• Sainsbury entertainment promotion channel – content development, installation of broadcast screens and interactive kiosks and ongoing management that delivered over 20% uplift in CD/ DVD and game sales.

• The Cabvision channel – development of the world’s first and longest running in-cab screen network. This includes on-going management and content production for over 1,000 London black cabs using our proprietary software systems to integrate with DAB and O2 GRPS networks
