Welcome to In4Health, the national information channel that makes it easy for patients in GP surgeries and hospitals to access expert information and feed back their healthcare experience.

Using clear plasma screens, simple-to-use touch-screen kiosks and interactive hand-held computers, In4Health provides

• Patients with the opportunity to let healthcare staff know what matters to them most

• Advertising-free broadcasts with national and local tailored health messages that inform and reassure – from local practice information to vital health advice

• GPs and healthcare staff with the chance to have instant feedback from their patients and monitor and compare key issues – missed appointments or waiting times for example

• The opportunity for patients to register for donor cars and local health programmes without waiting in the surgery queue

Since we began in 2008, GP surgeries in Wiltshire, Sussex and London have benefitted from In4Health’s service and seen tangible benefits - time saved at busy surgery receptions; immediate patient feedback on healthcare service matters and increase in registrations for organ donation and smoking cessation programmes.

In4Health’s highly experienced team of more than 30 is also currently working with University College London Hospitals (UCLH) NHS Foundation Trust, Wiltshire Primary Care Trust and Brighton & Hove PCT to continue to refine and develop the service.
